Milly and Regan Discussion

This is the official discussion for the Milly and Regan side story. As of now, that's only a working title but if it expands into multiple pieces (which it's already doing in the back of my brain) then I'll come up with a proper title to slap on it.

Also, I didn't have as much time as I usually like to edit this, so there are probably typos galore! Please comment with any mistakes you find so I can correct them.
